  • St. Anthony of Padua and The Club at Carlton Woods

July was a month filled with all sort of gorgeous flowers. One of our favorites was a wedding at St. Anthony of Padua, with the reception at The Club at Carlton Woods.
All the florals for the ceremony were made in a traditional very full style in all gorgeous whites.
The sanctuary looked amazing with extra large altar arrangements and a garland of flowers and greenery to dress up the kneeling bench...
  • Sea Food Buffet... Fish Anyone?

The annual sea food buffet at the Fazio club house is one of our favorite events. It's always fun to add a little surprise in the flowers. Last year it was goldfish, this year we opted for the beta fish! They swam around in the larger showpieces. He was gorgeous and fit in perfectly with the vibrant blues and greens.
We always love using tropical greens and unusual flowers for fun textures and...
  • Green Machine

    ... have you ever seen that drink? Well aparently it's supposed to give you a super boost of energy when your feeling drained. I think we get the same type of "boost" from all the gorgeous flowers we work with, because although May was crazy and we were all exhausted we just kept on goin {kind of like the energizer bunny}

The last week in May was filled with one event after the other. Each day was...
  • Mother's Day... part 2

Yes we are still talking about Mother's Day in June! But really, we should always be finding ways to honor our precious Mothers, right?
These were the arrangements at the Nicklaus club house at Carlton Woods Mother's Day weekend. They were made in rich peach and orange tones which coordinate perfectly with the club house.
  • Mother's Day... part 1

Mothers Day is the 2nd busiest holiday for florists and as you guessed we had a few fabulous parties on top of all the daily orders. It's so nice to see all the ways people honor their Mom's. Above are some the the arrangements we did for the Mother's Day Dinner at The Carlton Woods in soft lavenders and white. I also included a very fun picture from easter that I found of the ice sculpture (i...
  • Easter at the Carlton Woods

Brunch, Lunch and Dinner! We did it all this year and had fun with the GORGEOUS cherry blossom that we got in. Blooming branches just scream spring!
One of the events had a white and yellow color scheme and so we thought it would be fun to use tulips, gerbera daisies and yellow button poms. To help elongate our tablescapes we used some of our silver votive cups with one fun tulip sticking right out...
  • Wild Weekend

May is one of those months that seems to be simply wild. We love it here; from the weddings to the graduation parties, prom and Mother's Day we stay hoppin'! The picture above are a few styles of arrangements that we used in The Grand Ballroom at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center. Due to the tall ceiling and shear magnitude of the room we like to use a few different styles of centerpieces...
  • Time Period Parties...

... are always more fun! We recently made fun arrangements in vintage malt glasses for a 50's themed party at The Club at Carlton Woods.
The bright vibrant colors stood out and created a fun and youthful ambiance throughout the room. Fun accents like aluminum wire and color changing lights helped add to the party atmosphere!
  • Showing off in Spring

There is something about the weather in spring that is so nice. I love it when mother nature shows off and lets all her favorite flowers burst into bloom. This beautiful bride got to enjoy the best of the season.

Her bouquet was a beautiful mix of soft pink and white roses with Stephanotis blooms while her boutonnieres were a simple white rose with a blue delphinium bloom accent. While outside she...
  • All Shook Up...

We had another fabulous event at The Club at Carlton Woods on March 12th for the Shook family. They celebrated all night long! With fresh greens and whites, candle light and dusty pinks the color scheme was reminiscent of a vintage boutique with vibrant pops of green, creating a fresh and light atmosphere. The bridal bouquet was a combination of roses, ranunculus, lisianthus and miniature garden...
  • Wedding of the Month...Part 2...

The Fazio club house was decorated to the 9's. It was the perfect setting to celebrate such a momentous occasion. With her existing color scheme and pops of orange the decor was absolutely stunning.
Two beautiful arrangements with a combination of all her colors introduced her guests to the party. Her accent pieces were a combination of various sized vases with teal pebbles, underwater lights, and...
  • Wedding of the Month...Part 1...

Last weekend we had the opportunity to do fabulous florals for a stunning event at The Club at Carlton Woods Nicklaus and Fazio club houses.
The beautiful bride carried a bouquet of all miniature calla lilies in shades of white and yellow in a traditional beadermier style. While her bridesmaids carried all vibrant yellow miniature calla lilies.
The Groom wore a double miniature white calla lily...
