Sea Food Buffet... Fish Anyone?
The annual sea food buffet at the Fazio club house is one of our favorite events. It's always fun to add a little surprise in the flowers. Last year it was goldfish, this year we opted for the beta fish! They swam around in the larger showpieces. He was gorgeous and fit in perfectly with the vibrant blues and greens.
We always love using tropical greens and unusual flowers for fun textures and... -
Green Machine
... have you ever seen that drink? Well aparently it's supposed to give you a super boost of energy when your feeling drained. I think we get the same type of "boost" from all the gorgeous flowers we work with, because although May was crazy and we were all exhausted we just kept on goin {kind of like the energizer bunny} -
Easter at the Carlton Woods
Brunch, Lunch and Dinner! We did it all this year and had fun with the GORGEOUS cherry blossom that we got in. Blooming branches just scream spring!
One of the events had a white and yellow color scheme and so we thought it would be fun to use tulips, gerbera daisies and yellow button poms. To help elongate our tablescapes we used some of our silver votive cups with one fun tulip sticking right out... -
A Hint of Blush
There is something so beautiful about a soft color pallet with whites, greens and a hint of a blush pink. It just screams bridal, in a soft pretty way ;)... This beautiful bride had her ceremony at the Woodlands United Methodist Church in the Robb Chapel. The chapel was decorated with white roses on the pews, white hydrangea plants on the altar and beautiful greenery wreaths with a white focal... -
Rosy Reds...
One of my favorite things about all red weddings, is that they are not shy! Instantly you get a wow factor with such vibrant beautiful color. This bride got double use out of her aisle decor of red pomanders by using them as accent pieces at her reception. They were a fun alternative to traditional petals being laid down the aisle, and definitely caught her guests attention! -
Party it up...
... At the Carlton Woods! The month of February saw many fabulous events at The Carlton Woods. Starting off with their wonderful Valentine's Day dinner for the lovers in the area. We decorated the club house with beautiful arrangements in all white and green with accents of red. The arrangements were a mix of beautiful tulips, hydrangea and roses.
But a week before Valentine's Day the Carlton Woods... -
Beautiful Traditions in Pink
There are some weddings that take your breath away. This was one of those. The decor for the ceremony was stunning! The Forest Deck gazebo was draped with our custom white curtains and a ribbon curtain with rose buds that moved with the wind, while underneath a traditional chuppah was decorated with a garland of flowers in beautiful pinks and whites. To top it all off there was an additional... -
Purple Juxtaposed
Kelsey was indeed a beautiful bride with a gorgeous violet bouquet. Her rich and regal color scheme at Augusta Pines was the perfect setting for such a blushing bride and her guests to celebrate.
With curtains of miniature cymbidium and dendrobium orchids , coffee bean candle jars, floating candles and table scapes this wedding had all the details covered.
With a array of different centerpiece... -
This is how we ring in the New Year.
There is nothing quite as fun and vibrant contrast in color when working with flowers. One of my favorites (as is probably very evident) is black, white and green! We had a blast creating these beautiful pieces for The Club at Carlton Woods' New Years Eve party.
These beautiful buffet pieces were truly striking. With strong line and movement they were the focal pieces of the room.

Marathon Weekend... part 2
The Pecten Ballroom at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center is one of the larger ballrooms with high ceilings. In order to really create a "wow" impact you need to fill the space with some thing gorgeous, lush, and colorful. Now what in the world could that possibly be? Hmm.... Oh, I know FLOWERS!
These gorgeous flowers were amazing; and when you walked into the room you had to stop and... -
Dripping With Flowers
Carlton Woods celebrated the champions from their annual Member Guest golf tournament with an absolutely gorgeous event on Saturday night. In this instance, pictures truly don't do our work justice. With a woodsy and almost ethereal ambiance we aimed to please with rich autumn tones and bright bold blooms. We had such a great time decorating the entire ceiling of the wine room at the Fazio with... -
It's All In The Details... Part 3
Sometimes it's all the little details that make an event. Here are a few of the simple accents that made a big impact.
