December Weddings... part 2
Continuing our review of our favorite weddings from this last December, we move to St. Anthony of Paudua Catholic Church. The sanctuary is always decorated so beautifully for the holidays, but simple enough that every event can still be personal to the families.At the entrance to the aisle we used our wrought iron shepherd hooks and open lanterns, which were filled with flowing flower... -
Black and White Polka Dots
Polka dots are so fun, youthful and always lively when paired with white and yellow! This bridal bouquet of yellow and white roses, white daisies, white freesia and crystal accents was wrapped with a fun crystal ribbon. The traditional style of the bouquet let the fun and fragrant flowers shine.
The bridesmaids carried similar bouquets with tufts of black and white polkadot ribbon loops with... -
Stunning Photos
As I've said many times. We love showing off the fabulous pictures from the professional photographers who shoot our events. They have such a talent for capturing the fabulous colors and textures of our beautiful creations! Here are some we just couldn't pass up sharing!
With gorgeous colors the stunning arrangements simply lit up the room! We used lanterns with a wreath of flowers for one style of... -
Amber Romance...{part 2}
... Now on to the reception. The newlywed's reception was held at The Carlton Woods Creekside Fazio club house. To dress up the entry walkway we continued the theme of iron with shepherd hooks and lanterns. (right before the guests began arriving we also laid down a heavy layer of rose petals along both sides of the walkway). On the doors we hung the couples initials which were made from autumn... -
Amber Romance... {part 1}
Rich amber tones are always inviting while at the same time stirring memories of holiday traditions, warmth, friendship and in this case... love.
This stunning wedding was a beautiful event with an even more beautiful bride. Her bouquet was a textural mix of rich autumn colors with vibrant two toned roses, mocara and cymbidium orchids, mango calla lilies and chocolate hypericum berries, wrapped in... -
Regal Colors
When I see red and purple together I can't help but think of a kings thrown room draped with deep red velvet draped and purple robes with gold accents. This brides decor reflected that same sophistication. The arch for her ceremony was covered in white lilies, red roses, dark purple carnations and a variety of greens, creating a lush garland type feel.
Her centerpieces, varying in height were a... -
November Weddings
Here are just a few snapshots of some of the weddings we did in November. Featured above was a gorgeous ceremony set up with a beautiful white 100 foot aisle runner framed with glowing lanterns and mixed rose petals.
We also had a beautiful wedding on The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center Forest Deck. I love the way rose petals look along the aisle on the deck. It softens everything up and... -
Oranges and Limes Anyone?
There is something refreshing about bright colors paired with a fresh green. Green, although used mostly as a neutral can add energy and vibrance to other colors to truly make them pop.
We used a combination of a few different designs for the table centerpieces. One of our most popular tall arrangements is a natural all around design atop our fluted vase. This type of arrangement can be done in any... -
Carlton Woods Wedding... Part 2
With beautiful hot colors the vibrancy was irresistible. Again I'd like to thank ANA&IVAN Photography for the use of these stunning images of our work.
This is a great picture to show the difference between a traditional shoulder corsage, a boutonette style should corsage and a wrist corsage.
